Complaints Procedure
We take pride in the services we offer and believe we can make a difference. However, should you disagree and wish to register a complaint, you should do so by contacting our Compliance Officer.

We will acknowledge the issue and send a copy of our internal complaints procedure. The matter will then be investigated and our findings reported to you. If you remain unsatisfied following our investigation, you are entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
