When we first heard about the festival, it wasn’t simply the programme that caught our attention. It was the philosophy behind it.
The belief that when women are given the opportunity to pause, reflect and invest in themselves, extraordinary things can happen.

Wild & Wiser is the vision of founder Kelly Keating, who set out to create something many women feel is missing: a place to pause, reconnect and invest in themselves without guilt.
As Kelly says: “This weekend is about self-care, presence, and re-energising. It is about creating space for women to prioritise themselves without guilt.”
That philosophy resonated with us immediately. Because whilst our work focuses on financial planning, we believe confidence, wellbeing and having the freedom to make choices all begin with creating space to think about what really matters.

Emma Hardy will be leading many of our conversations throughout the festival and representing Blue Sky on the festival panel.
Angela brings decades of financial planning experience and a welcoming, thoughtful approach that immediately puts people at ease.
Lesley understands that exceptional financial planning is about relationships as much as expertise, helping clients feel supported through every stage of life.
Johanna is passionate about creating an outstanding client experience and knows that the smallest conversations often make the biggest difference.
