In April 2024, Blue Sky Financial Planning welcomed Emma Hardy to their team in a Business Development role. With a strong background in financial services and a passion for empowering clients, Emma brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to her role.
In her new capacity, Emma will spearhead the development and nurturing of relationships with professionals in related fields, aiming to build collaboration and promote comprehensive financial planning solutions to all. Her focus will be on strengthening connections with solicitors, accountants, and other professional advisers, aligning with Blue Sky’s commitment to prioritising the needs and aspirations of their clients.

Emma’s journey to Blue Sky Financial Planning has been marked by notable achievements and a passion for making a positive impact on clients’ lives. Previously at Standard Life Bank, Emma served as an Account Manager, where she demonstrated exceptional self-motivation, organisational skills and a drive to exceed targets. Her ability to cultivate relationships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders earned her recognition, including the prestigious title of Regional Account Manager of the Year in 2003.
Since this time, Emma has had a career break to embrace motherhood.
