Poole-based Blue Sky Financial Planning has appointed Lewis Baldwin as a trainee Financial Planner as it expands its extensive services to clients.
Managing Director Gary Neild said: “Our business continues to develop as more people turn to wealth planners for expert advice in understanding their number! In other words, how much do they need and when to live the life they want.”
Blue Sky are delighted to welcome Lewis to the team. An appointment during the testing times of a pandemic reaffirms the company’s position as one the leading financial planning companies on the south coast. Lewis obtained a first class honours degree at Oxford Brooks, in Finance and Accounting.
Gary, who founded Blue Sky in 2002, stated “It is so important that young people are encouraged into the profession otherwise there will be a huge shortage of skilled and qualified financial planners for future generations. “
“Furthermore, we are witnessing technological developments beginning to influence how we engage with our clients. Lewis will be our eyes and ears to a younger generation and hopefully we can encourage them to plan from an early age.”
Lewis said “ I am extremely grateful for the opportunity and look forward to learning from a very talented skilled team. I can’t wait to make a difference and eventually be able to educate people of my own age on how to map their financial future and not leave the management of their money to chance.”
Blue Sky Financial Planning is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, provides comprehensive financial planning to individuals who wish to prepare properly for their financial future.
