Client Categories
To enable us to deliver the desired service to each client we have created client categories. Around these categories we have designed a Service Charter which clearly details what we will provide and when.
Service Levels
There are three service levels available to new clients. Dependent on the service required clients are entitled to a financial review ranging from every four months to once a year.
Investment Benefits
Regardless, those who are invested via the Blue Sky Portfolio Manager will benefit from monthly performance updates, monthly investment commentaries and quarterly assessments of their portfolio.
